3rd place for female chess players of Tajfun-ŠK Ljubljana

The team of Tajfun ŠK Ljubljana won an excellent 3rd place at the European Club Cup 2025, which took place in Rhodes (Greece)!

The Ljubljana club was represented by the world's elite chess players Zhu Jiner, Nana Dzagnidze, Olga Badelka, Agrawal Vantika and Laura Unuk - five outstanding chess players, whose excellent performances won Slovenia the bronze medal (9 chess points).

First place went to the chess players of Cercle d'échecs de Monte-Carlo (13 chess points) and second place to the chess players of the Serbian team Sirmium Sremska Mitrovica (10 chess points).

Our representatives also won prizes on individual chess boards. Zhu Jiner won gold on the first chess board and Nana Dzagnidze won bronze on the second chess board.
