General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (the »Terms«) govern the use of the Site sah-ljubljana.si (hereinafter referred to as the »Website«) and the purchase and use of virtual products/services such as memberships and digital access to the Club (hereinafter: »Services«). By using the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms.

3. Meaning of terms

• User/buyer - a natural or legal person who uses the Website or makes a purchase.
• Virtual product - digital content or service without physical delivery (membership, club access, programmes).
• Subscription - Time-limited access (e.g. monthly/yearly), possibly with automatic renewal.

4. Offer and prices

• Only virtual WooCommerce products (memberships and access) are available.
• Prices are in EUR and are valid at the time the order is placed; where applicable, they are inclusive of VAT.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the prices, descriptions and content of the offer. In the event of a manifest error, you have the right to withdraw free of charge.

5. User account

• You can buy as a guest or with a created account. You are responsible for password and access security.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of user data is prohibited.

6. Purchase procedure

1. Add the desired Services to your basket and enter the required details at the checkout.
2. Please confirm that you are aware of these Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
3. For digital content with instant access, you provide explicit consent to be implemented before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
4. To place an order, click on Complete your purchase. You will receive an email with a confirmation and access instructions.

7. Payments

You will receive an invoice at the email address provided at the time of ordering.

8. Supply and access

• Because they are virtual products, no physical delivery.
• Access to the membership/club is usually granted immediately after successful receipt of payment; in exceptional cases, manual activation may be required.
• Detailed instructions can be found in the confirmation email and/or in the »My Account« section.

9. Memberships and subscriptions

• The duration (monthly, yearly, etc.) is indicated for each package.
• If enabled automatic renewal, this is clearly indicated at the cash desk. You can unsubscribe at any time in »My Account« or via E-mail before the start of the next accounting period.
• For one-time accesses, the rights are automatically terminated at the end of the period.

10. Withdrawal from the contract for digital content

Consumers are usually entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, but this applies to digital content and services, which are launched immediately after purchase, with your explicit consent and confirming that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal, this right ceases for the part of the service already made available. This is clearly indicated at the checkout.

• If access has not yet been granted and you have not given your consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by notifying us at info@sah-ljubljana.si.
• In the event of partial use of the service, we reserve the right to pro-rate the charge.
• Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase.

11. Complaints and support

• For access or billing problems, please contact info@sah-ljubljana.si. We will respond as soon as possible.
• If the service does not work as described, we will rectify the fault or offer a proportionate reduction or other appropriate remedy.

12. Intellectual property and fair use

• Materials, videos, text and signs are protected. Reproduction, sharing or communication to the public without permission is prohibited.
• Access is personal. Sharing of user data, bulk downloading or circumvention of technical restrictions is prohibited.

13. Limitation of liability

• We strive for uninterrupted operation, but temporary interruptions due to maintenance or disruptions by third-party providers are possible.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

14. Technical requirements

To use it, you will need a modern browser, a stable internet connection and (where necessary) technical cookies for logging in and processing your purchase. Details are described in Cookie policy.

15. Protection of personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Payments are made using third parties (e.g. Stripe), which process the data according to their own rules.

16. Out-of-court dispute resolution

• Consumers can also settle disputes out of court with the competent IRPS authorities.
• The EU platform for online dispute resolution (SRPS/ODR) is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• The Ljubljana court has jurisdiction over disputes.

17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update the terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies. We will notify you of important changes where appropriate, we will notify you by email or at the time of your next registration.
